The Provincial Statistical Office (PSO) of Agusan del Sur recognized the top-performing Local Civil Registry Offices (LCROs) for their outstanding contributions in 2024. These offices demonstrated excellence in civil registration services, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and high-quality service delivery to the public. Their commitment to timely and precise registration of vital events, compliance with national standards, innovative approaches, and dedication to customer satisfaction has significantly improved civil registration and vital statistics in their respective communities.

PSO Agusan del Sur commended the unwavering efforts of these LCROs, emphasizing their vital role in maintaining a responsive, reliable, and accessible civil registration system. Among the recognized offices, LCRO-San Francisco emerged as the top-performing LCRO, followed by LCRO-Trento in second place, LCRO-Rosario in third, LCRO-Bayugan City in fourth, and LCRO-Esperanza in fifth place.

Several LCROs received special awards for exceeding standard performance metrics. The Over and Above category honored LCROs from Talacogon, Prosperidad, Rosario, Trento, Loreto, and San Francisco for their exceptional service. Additionally, LCRO-Santa Josefa was recognized as the Most Punctual LCRO for its timely submission of documents.

The awarding ceremony took place on February 3, 2025, at CN Inland Resort, Poblacion, Rosario, Agusan del Sur. This event gathered key civil registrars and stakeholders to celebrate the achievements of these exemplary LCROs. The recognition underscores the importance of continuous innovation and excellence in civil registration, ensuring that communities receive accurate and efficient documentation services essential for various legal and administrative processes.
