The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) – Dinagat Islands proudly participated in the One-Stop Shop Government Service 2025 as part of the 58th Araw ng Basilisa celebration held on June 21, 2025, at the Barangay Gymnasium in Barangay Doña Helene, Basilisa.

Upon the invitation of the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Basilisa, PSA-Dinagat Islands joined the multi-agency outreach activity to provide National ID System services to the public. These included:
 

•    Registration for the National ID (all age groups)
•    Correction of typographical errors on National ID records
•    Processing of replacements for damaged or defective National ID cards
•    Issuance of ePhilID (paper-based version of the National ID)
•    Transaction Reference Number (TRN) Retrieval

The PSA team successfully delivered these services, demonstrating its continued commitment to making essential government services accessible to all, especially in geographically isolated and disadvantaged areas (GIDAs).

PSA-Dinagat Islands is honored to support initiatives like this that bring government services closer to the people. Through the National Identification program, we aim to ensure that every Filipino has access to a valid, reliable proof of identity.

The One-Stop Shop was spearheaded by the LGU of Basilisa in partnership with national government agencies, providing residents with convenient access to various public services in one venue—reinforcing the government’s dedication to inclusivity and improved service delivery.
