The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) – Regional Statistical Services Office XIII (Caraga) spearheads the celebration of the 35th Civil Registration Month this February 2025 with the theme “Building a Resilient, Agile, and Future-fit Civil Registration and Vital Statistics.”
The opening ceremony and press launch for the month-long celebration is set to kick-off this Monday, 10 February 2025 at the PSA-RSSO XIII Training Room, J.C. Aquino Avenue, Butuan City. The activity will be attended by various stakeholders including members of the media.
The celebration is pursuant to the Presidential Proclamation No. 682 signed on 28 January 1991 by former President Corazon C. Aquino, declaring February as the Civil Registration Month.
