June 25, 2025 — The Philippine Statistics Authority-Agusan del Norte together with the Association of Civil Registrars of Agusan del Norte, Inc. successfully conducted its 5th Monthly Meeting and Group Learning Session on Civil Registration and Vital Statistics for the year 2025, highlighted by an induction ceremony of the newly elected officers of ACRADN. The meeting was hosted by LCRO Butuan City and was held at The Pavilion at the Watergate, Butuan City, bringing together members and leaders fostering collaboration.

The meeting commences with the regular agenda including updates on civil registration, PhilSYS updates, BRAP updates and monthly/activity narrative reports submission, followed by a dynamic group learning session presided by Mr. Reynelo S. Magno, Chief Statistical Specialist of PSA-Agusan del Norte. The session focused on the Marriage Statistics of Agusan del Norte and Butuan City for 2013-2022, the conduct of the 4th National Convention on Civil Registration and Vital Statistics and a case study, engaging C/MCRs in a meaningful discussion.

A highlight of the gathering was the induction of the new set of officers of ACRADN. The oath was administered by the OIC-Regional Director of PSA-CARAGA, Mr. Guillermo M. Lipio, Jr., OIC-RD Lipio expresses his commendation to the new set of leaders of ACRADN.

Incoming President, Acting City Civil Registrar of CCRD Butuan City, Cresencio A. Bermudez, Jr. also shared a brief message of purpose and direction, says “He is honored to take on the role and be chosen and trusted by his colleague to lead the association”.

The event concluded with light refreshments allowing fellowship and camaraderie between the PSA and the Civil Registrars of Agusan del Norte.
