The Provincial Statistical Office (PSO) of Agusan del Sur continues its mission to achieve comprehensive population registration in the Philippine National Identification System. To ensure broader accessibility and inclusion in both public and private services, PSO Agusan del Sur has deployed registration personnel across different areas within the province.
These registration personnel are currently deployed on a week-long operation in Bayugan City, Trento, Rosario, Veruela, Prosperidad, Esperanza, and Talacogon, conducting on-site registration from one barangay to another until February 8, 2025. This initiative aims to bring registration services closer to residents, ensuring that more individuals are enrolled in the system without needing to travel long distances.
In addition to mobile registration efforts, the National ID Fixed Registration Center (FRC) located at the Governor D.O. Plaza Government Center, Patin-ay, Prosperidad, continues to accommodate walk-in applicants. The FRC offers services such as new registrations, demographic information corrections and updates, National ID in paper form issuance, and application status inquiries. The center operates from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Registration Requirements:
• For applicants aged 5 years and above: PSA-issued or local birth certificate and/or any government-issued ID.
• For applicants below 5 years old: The parent or guardian must already possess a National ID (in any form). Additionally, a PSA-issued or local birth certificate of the child and/or any government-issued ID or any valid document reflecting the child’s full name, birthplace, birthdate, and parents' names, along with a recent photograph, is required.
