Civil Registry System (CRS) Butuan City Outlet Extend Services at Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Caraga, in collaboration with PSA Agusan del Norte, took part in the Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair, a two-day event held at the Caraga State University (CSU) Main Campus in Butuan City on March 22-23, 2024. This initiative aimed to extend essential services to the community.

Among the services offered by the CRS Butuan City Outlet were processing and issuances of Civil Registry Documents (CRD) such as Birth, Marriage and Cenomar/CEMAR and the CRS appointment booking.

Throughout the event, the team served requests for 171 Birth Certificates, 24 Marriage Certificates, 14 CENOMAR/CEMAR and 12 clients for Appointment booking. Requested CRDs were released on the day and the unclaimed were scheduled to be released in the Office.

The Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair served as an important opportunity for the community to access vital government services easily and efficiently. Initiatives like this highlight the PSA's commitment to improving public service delivery and ensuring the successful implementation of programs and plans.
