The Provincial Statistical Office of Agusan del Sur conducted Public Announcement (Bandilyo) for the 2024 Census of Population and Community-Based Monitoring System

15 July 2024– Agusan del Sur. The Provincial Statistical Office of Agusan del Sur (PSO-ADS) conducted Bandilyo as part of the Information, Education, and Communication Campaign for the 2024 Census of Population and Community-Based Monitoring System (POPCEN-CCBMS). This campaign aims to officially announce the upcoming 2024 POPCEN-CBMS and spread information throughout the city and municipalities. This strategy seeks to garner public support and participation.

In partnership with the Police Provincial Office and the Bureau of Fire Protection of local government units in Agusan del Sur, Bandilyo was enthusiastically conducted on July 15, 2024, also, as celebration of National Census and Community-Based Monitoring Month. The initiative is designed to involve communities across the province in providing accurate and comprehensive data for the 2024 Census of Population and Community-Based Monitoring System, ensuring effective planning and resource allocation for local development.
