1.    Rice, Special

At the provincial level, the average retail price of special rice was at PhP 51.42 per kilogram in the second phase of April 2025 (15 to 17 April 2025). This was equal to its average retail price during the first phase of April 2025 (01 to 05 April). On the other hand, this was lower than the average retail price of PhP 53.34 per kilogram in the second phase of March 2025 (15 to 17 March). (Figure 1) 

2.    Pork, Meat with Bones

An average retail price of pork, meat with bones was reported at PhP 325.00 per kilogram during the second phase of April 2025. It showed an increase from its average retail price of PhP 310.00 per kilogram in the first phase of April 2025. Meanwhile, this was lower than the average retail price of PhP 330.00 per kilogram in the second phase of March 2025. (Figure 2)

3.    Bangus

A kilogram of bangus in the province had an average retail price of PhP 195.00 during the second phase of April 2025. This was lower compared to its average retail price of PhP 210.00 per kilogram in the first phase of April 2025. On the other hand, this was higher than the average retail price of PhP 190.00 per kilogram during the second phase of March 2025. (Figure 3)

4.    Tomato

A kilogram of tomato in the province had an average retail price of PhP 90.00 during the second phase of April 2025. This posted an increase in its average retail from PhP 75.00 per kilogram in the first phase of April 2025. Meanwhile, this has shown decrease compared to its average retail price of PhP 100.00 per kilogram in the second phase of March 2025. (Figure 4)

5.    Garlic, Imported

An average retail price of imported garlic in the province was at PhP 190.00 per kilogram during the second phase of April 2025. This selected commodity recorded an increase from its average retail price of PhP 170.00 per kilogram in the first phase of April 2025. Meanwhile, this has shown decrease from its average retail price of PhP 200.00 per kilogram in the second phase of March 2025. (Figure 5)

6.    Mango, Carabao

At the provincial level, a kilogram of carabao mango had an average retail price of PhP 140.00 in the second phase of April 2025. This was higher than the average retail price of PhP 120.00 per kilogram during the first phase of April 2025. While compared to the second phase of March 2025, this recorded a decrease from its average retail price of PhP 155.00 per kilogram. (Figure 6)

7.    Refined Sugar

A kilogram of refined sugar in the province had an average retail price of PhP 74.98 during the second phase of April 2025. This selected commodity recorded a lower average retail price in the current phase compared to the first phase of April 2025 and second phase of March 2025 at PhP 80.98 per kilogram. (Figure 7)
