1.    Rice, Regular Milled

At the city level, a kilogram of regular milled rice had an average retail price of PhP 43.87 in the first phase of July 2025 (01 to 05 July 2025). This was lower than its average retail prices of Php 45.77 per kilogram during the second phase of June 2025 (15 to 17 June 2025) and PhP 46.10 per kilogram in the first phase of June 2025 (01 to 05 June 2025).  (Figure 1) 

2.    Pork, Meat with Bones

An average retail price of pork, meat with bones was at PhP 309.17 per kilogram at the city level during the first phase of July 2025. This showed a decrease from its average retail prices of Php 318.83 per kilogram in the second phase of June 2025 and Php 320.50 per kilogram during the first phase of June 2025. (Figure 2) 

3.    Galunggong

A kilogram of galunggong in the city had an average retail price of PhP 249.17 during the first phase of July 2025. This was lower than its average retail price of PhP 260.83 per kilogram in the second phase and the first phase of June 2025. (Figure 3)

4.    Cabbage

A kilogram of cabbage in the city had an average retail price of PhP 123.00 during the first phase of July 2025. This showed an increase from its average retail price of PhP 106.67 in the second phase of June 2025. Similarly, this was higher relative to its price level of PhP 100.83 per kilogram in the first phase of June 2025. (Figure 4)

5.    Ginger, Hawaiian

A kilogram of hawaiian, ginger in the city had an average retail price of PhP 202.17 during the first phase of July 2025. This was lower compared to its average retail prices of PhP 213.83 per kilogram in the second phase of June 2025 and PhP 210.50 per kilogram in the first phase of June 2025. (Figure 5)

6.    Calamansi

A kilogram of calamansi in the city had an average retail price of PhP 87.83 during the first phase of July 2025. This was lower than its average retail prices of PhP 97.50 per kilogram in the second phase of June 2025. Likewise, this registered a decrease relative to its price level of PhP 95.00 per kilogram in the first phase of June 2025. (Figure 6)

7.    Brown Sugar

A kilogram of brown sugar in the city had an average retail price of PhP 72.11 during the first phase of July 2025. This was lower relative to its average retail prices of PhP 73.11 per kilogram in the second phase of June 2025 and PhP 73.40 per kilogram in the first phase of June 2025.  (Figure 7)
