1.    Rice, Well Milled

 

At the provincial level, a kilogram of well-milled rice had an average retail price of PhP 45.00 in the first phase of March 2025 (01 to 05 March 2025). This was lower than its average retail price of PhP 50.50 per kilogram during the first phase (01 to 05 January 2025) and second phase of February 2025 (15 to 17 February2025).  (Figure 1) 

 

2.    Pork, Meat with Bones

 

An average retail price of pork, meat with bones was reported at PhP 350.00 per kilogram during the first phase of March 2025. It showed an increment from its average retail price of PhP 335.00 per kilogram in the second phase of February 2025 and PhP 340.00 per kilogram during the first phase of February 2025. (Figure 2)

 

3.    Galunggong

 

A kilogram of galunggong in the province had an average retail price of PhP 240.00 during the first phase of March 2025. This was lower than the average retail price of PhP 260.00 per kilogram recorded in the second phase of February 2025 and lower than the first phase of February 2025 at PhP 200.00 per kilogram. (Figure 3)

 

4.    Tomato

 

A kilogram of tomato in the province had an average retail price of PhP 100.00 during the first phase of March 2025. This selected commodity has showed constant average retail price since in the second phase of January 2025. On the other hand, this was lower than the average retail price of PhP 175.00 per kilogram in the first phase of February 2025. (Figure 4)

 

5.    Ginger, Hawaiian

 

An average retail price of Hawaiian ginger in the province was at PhP 200.00 per kilogram during the first phase of March 2025. This showed an increase from its average retail price of PhP 175.00 per kilogram in the first phase and second phase of February. (Figure 5)

 

6.    Calamansi

 

At the provincial level, a kilogram of calamansi had an average retail price of PhP 65.00 in the first phase of March 2025. This posted a decrease from its average retail price of PhP 80.00 per kilogram in the first phase and second phase of February 2025. (Figure 6)


7.    Brown Sugar

 

A kilogram of brown sugar in the province had an average retail price of PhP 67.00 during the first phase of March 2025. This was lower than its average retail price of PhP 67.50 per kilogram in the first phase of February 2025. On the other hand, this was higher than its average retail price of Php 61.50 per kilogram in the first phase of February 2025. (Figure 7)
