Philippine Statistics Authority Agusan del Sur Delivers Comprehensive Data Presentation at League of Municipal Mayors of the Philippines Meeting

 

 

San Francisco, Agusan del Sur - The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Agusan del Sur Provincial Office showcased its commitment to data transparency and analysis by presenting a comprehensive range of statistics at the League of Municipal Mayors of the Philippines Meeting held on April 4, 2024.

The forum provided an invaluable platform for local managers, government officials, and stakeholders to delve into essential data sets crucial for informed decision-making and policy formulation.

During the forum, the PSA Agusan del Sur presented the following key reports:

2022 CBMS Results: The Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) Results presentation offered a detailed insight into the socioeconomic landscape of the province, highlighting key indicators, trends, and community-based data crucial for targeted development interventions.

Provincial Product Accounts: The presentation on Provincial Product Accounts provided a comprehensive overview of the economic performance of Agusan del Sur, including key economic indicators, sectoral contributions, and growth trends, essential for economic planning and analysis.

2023 First Semester Official Poverty Statistics: The official poverty statistics for the first semester of 2023 presented a detailed analysis of poverty incidence, trends, and demographic characteristics, providing a critical perspective on poverty alleviation efforts and social development initiatives.

Mr. Demetrio T. Deiolde, Jr., Chief Statistical Specialist of PSA Agusan del Sur Provincial Office, led the presentations, emphasizing the importance of data-driven decision-making and evidence-based policy formulation.
