1. Rice, Special

At the city level, a kilogram of special rice had an average retail price of PhP 62.58 in the second phase of March 2025 (15 to 17 March 2025). This was higher than its average retail price of Php 61.31 per kilogram during the first phase of March 2025 (01 to 05 March 2025) and PhP 61.59 per kilogram in the second phase of February 2025 (15 to 17 February 2025). 2. Pork, Kasim

An average retail price of pork kasim was at PhP 350.83 per kilogram at the city level during the second phase of March 2025. It posted a decrease from its average retail price of PhP 372.33 per kilogram in the first phase of March 2025. In the second phase of February 2025, its average retail price was also higher, compared to the current phase, at PhP 359.67 per kilogram. (Figure 2)
3. Bangus

A kilogram of bangus in the city had an average retail price of PhP 231.17 during the second phase of March 2025. This was higher compared to the average retail prices of PhP 229.50 per kilogram and PhP 230.00 per kilogram in the first phase of March 2025 and second phase of February 2025, respectively. 4. Carrot

A kilogram of carrot in the city had an average retail price of PhP 116.00 during the second phase of March 2025. This selected commodity has shown continuous decrease in its average retail price from PhP 169.00 per kilogram in the second phase of February 2025, then PhP 134.17 per kilogram during the first phase of March 2025. 5. Onion, Red

A kilogram of red onion in the city had an average retail price of PhP 178.83 during the second phase of March 2025. This was lower than its average retail price of PhP 221.67 per kilogram in the first phase of March 2025 and PhP 181.33 per kilogram in the second phase of February 2025. (Figure 5)
6. Calamansi

A kilogram of carabao mango in the city had an average retail price of PhP 188.33 during the second phase of March 2025. This was higher than its average retail price of PhP 181.67 per kilogram in the first phase of March 2025 and in the second phase of February 2025 at PhP 186.67 per kilogram. (Figure 6)
7. Cooking Oil

A liter of cooking oil in the city recorded an average retail price of PhP 215.09 during the second phase of March 2025. This was lower compared to the average retail price of PhP 220.85 per liter in the first phase of March 2025 and second phase of February 2025. (Figure 7)
