1.    Rice, Special

At the provincial level, a kilogram of special rice had an average retail price of PhP 51.42 in the first phase of April 2025 (01 to 05 April 2025). This was lower than its average retail price of PhP 53.90 per kilogram and PhP 53.34 per kilogram during the first phase (01 to 05 March 2025) and second phase of March 2025 (15 to 17 March 2025), respectively.  (Figure 1) 

2.    Pork, Meat with Bones

An average retail price of pork, meat with bones was reported at PhP 310.00 per kilogram during the first phase of April 2025. It showed consistent decrease from its average retail price of PhP 350.00 per kilogram in the first phase of March 2025, then PhP 330.00 per kilogram during the second phase of March 2025. 3.    Bangus

A kilogram of bangus in the province had an average retail price of PhP 210.00 during the first phase of April 2025. The average price of this selected commodity had continually increased from PhP 185.00 per kilogram in the first phase of March 2025, then PhP 190.00 per kilogram in the second phase of March 2025. (Figure 3)

4.    Eggplant

A kilogram of eggplant in the province had an average retail price of PhP 85.00 during the first phase of April 2025. This was lower compared to its average retail price of PhP 120.00 per kilogram in the first phase and second phase of March 2025. (Figure 4)

5.    Onion, Red

An average retail price of red onion in the province was at PhP 150.00 per kilogram during the first phase of April 2025. This recorded a decrease from its average retail price of PhP 250.00 per kilogram in the first phase and second phase of March. (Figure 5)

6.    Calamansi

At the provincial level, a kilogram of calamansi had an average retail price of PhP 80.00 in the first phase of April 2025. This posted an increase from its average retail price of PhP 65.00 per kilogram in the first phase and second phase of March 2025. (Figure 6)

7.    Brown Sugar

A kilogram of brown sugar in the province had an average retail price of PhP 65.43 during the first phase of April 2025. This was equal to its average retail price in the second phase of March 2025. On the other hand, this was lower compared to the first phase of March 2025 at an average retail price of Php 67.00 per kilogram. (Figure 7)
