PhilSys Registration Centers are Now Open to Serve 5-17 Years Old Registrants

Parents may now enlist their children aged 5 – 17 years old for the Philippine Identification Card at the different Caraga Registration Centers.

 

Accompanied with their parents or guardian, they may proceed to their chosen registration center for the capture of their biometric information (i.e., finger print, iris scan and front facing image). They may also register through the PhilSys mobile registration in the various barangays around the region.

 

Parents or guardians of the registrants are advised to bring the following documents as proof of the child’s identity:

1.   Original Birth Certificate of the child or valid ID which contains their front-facing photograph, full name, birthday, and signature

2.   School ID of the child for the current year

Further, the public is reminded to bring with them their vaccination cards/ quarantine pass/ emergency pass as maybe required by the concerned LGU and to strictly observe safety protocols inside and outside the registration center.
